Description

Pusher feeder is responsible for moving materials (in this case, often wood waste or other debris) into a combustion furnace. The parts in constant contact with the material must endure significant forces, including:
1.Friction
2.Abrasion
3.High temperatures
4.Moisture exposure
These components work continuously under harsh and challenging conditions, demanding that the materials used in their fabrication be strong, durable, and resistant to a variety of stress factors.

Carbon steel tends to degrade more quickly under the stress. The repeated friction can cause the material to wear down, leading to reduced efficiency and the need for more frequent replacements or repairs.
