Steelmer is proud to announce that we have been awarded the project development and fabrication for a Track Doubling Truss Bridge (110 meters) — the railway bridge over Khlong Phan Nam – Khlong Chumphon, located near Saengdaeng Railway Station.

Steelmer was contracted to supply and conduct trial assembly for two stack units, along with stack support and a platform SCR support, for EnterprisePDH USA.

Steelmer has been entrusted by Greentech to provide the steel structure for the Waste Heat Recovery system, with a total weight of 15 tons. This includes all the necessary steel framework to support and assemble the components of the system.

Flue Gas Duct Inlet: 5,587.88 kg
Flue Gas Bypass Duct: 2,793.94 kg
Flue Gas Duct Outlet: 4,190.90 kg
Flue Gas Duct ID Fan: 1,396.97 kg
Hopper Fabrication and Inlet Plenums Fabrication: 9,035 kg

Steelmer was responsible for executing the DRI Plant project, which included the following components:

Oxide Coating Storage Bin 14,400 kg
Dust Collection Scrubbers 51,600 kg
Dust Collection Stacks 68,200 kg
Hot Flue Gas Stack 134,500 kg
Furnace Charge Hopper 38,704 kg

These components were supplied by Steelmer in accordance with the project requirements, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to quality in the delivery of the project.

Steelmer was awarded 1,540 tonnes of Dry area for particle board line 3 Metro group including structural and mechanical assembly for the Pal, Dieffenbacher, Imal, Deusch.

Steelmer was contracted with Slot-Nankai company limited to provide structural steel and cartridge with casing a New Takehara Thermal Power Plant project, Hiroshima Japan.Pre-assembly bottom structure and fit out of casing, handrails, ladders and grating frames.
